Hey if I have a game I there and delete it from normal phone will it delete??

Nope! And If you have the same game in Secure Folder, it's like you're going to play as a different user. So for example, you play a certain game in Secure Folder and you accumulated a lot of points, somebody else - such as your child play the same game on the normal apps, he/she can't use your points because they re playing on a different entity.
