Hiding Apps in DeX Mode

There are A LOT of apps on my tablet that I have absolutley no use for when I'm in DeX Mode, but there they are cluttering up my app drawer. When in tablet mode it's very simple to hide apps in the app tray, but I haven't been able to find such a feature in DeX mode. Am I not looking in the right place or is this feature not available yet?

This cannot be done. I thought the hidden apps would 'port' over to DeX (as long as you hide them on Samsung Experience and not a 3rd party launcher), but I haven't tried.

You can always search for the app's name, though... that should help a bit.

Unfortunately, any apps hidden on the Android side don't stay hidden on the DeX side.

And realistically, there's maybe only a dozen or so apps that I actually see myself using in DeX mode, but I've got probably 75 apps on my tablet so that creates a ton of clutter in the app drawer. I guess I could just pin those dozen apps I plan to use to the DeX homescreen, but I've got borderline OCD issues with having things on my desktop/homescreen. I'm not fanatical about many things, but a busy and cluttered desktop/homescreen is at the top of the list of things that make make me twitchy.
