Try the High Contrast Keyboard Setting under the Samsung keyboard settings.

Wow! I see spots after using that settiing.

I have only seen Yellow, anyone see another color?

Mine's yellow too. Was hoping i could change that. Don't really care for the color scheme.

I tried that too, it looks really bad! Some other color choices would be nice. I also wish Samsung would make a dark theme for the phone. I've found some that are OK in the theme store, but I like the stock look and the correct time and date overlays to work on the clock and calendar apps.

If you're willing to change keyboard, the Swiftkey high contrast theme is white on black.

I had swiftkey for awhile but found it frustrating. Not as responsive as the regular keyboard. Easier to toggle between emoticons tho.
