High Contrast Launcher / Theme for JB?

Is anyone aware of a good fully integrated black background with white text launcher/theme? I'm looking for something similar to using high contrast mode in Windows 7 / Windows Phone 8 as I have an eyesight condition that makes it much easier to read white on black than vice versa.
