High performance mode

Anyone have much experience with this option? I'm assuming it's also available on the S8. Wasn't sure how much of a battery hit to expect.

Only way I used my Note5, no problems but did have screen burn-in. Noticed it about 6 months ago. Not a big deal as it could only be seen against a white background.

So I've tinkered with it for gaming and video. I notice a slight improvement in image quality but not sure it's enough to keep it on permanently.
