High pitch buzzing during voice calls

When I make phone calls theres a high pitched buzzing sound in the backround....has anyone else had this problem?

mbuxx I have not had this issue but could be two things, interference with the cell signal or possibly your ear piece is going out, do you hear it on the speaker phone?
