Highlights in Gallery

Is there any way to turn this feature off? All it does is randomly tag photos and add another useless album that takes up screen space. If I want a photo tagged, I'd do it myself. I don't need the phone deciding for me.

I haven't found a way to turn that feature off, but you can hide the highlights album in the settings.

You can hide the Highlights album, just open the Gallery, tap on the settings (three stacked dots, on top right corner)

Then choose Show/hide albums, and remove the tick from Highlights.
