Hi everyone i need your help with my phone it keeps shutting down when i play sound. i am using Hisense infinity H40 rock lite can someone help me

yes it still does switch off

yes it still power off when there is safe mode

It makes me wonder if the speaker or the related circuitry is causing a short circuit whenever it's triggered. If the problem persists after a factory reset, then you'd have to bring it to a repair shop (assuming it's no longer under warranty).

i am based in durban where should i bring it.
i have reset it but still even notification bells

I can only suggest that you research local cellphone repair shops that have good reviews. It's preferable to find one that's experienced with Hisense phones.
