Two weeks, most likely. We're talking a federal agency, remember...

Unfortunately you never know... Some phones hit the FCC a month or so before release. But others, out of confidentiality, postpone FCC filings until its close to release... Im going to go with that one

I just checked this an hour ago so it just went through. That's a very promising development.

The very top letter in the list is a Confidentiality request.

Yeah I saw on the actual paperwork that it says October 14, but in the listing it says everything was submitted to the FCC on 11/03/2011 except for the third from the bottom it says 11/14/2011.

The testing was done by the fcc in September if you look at all the documents.

Judging from what I've read it looks like there was one final approval from the FCC, and it was just granted, apparently...

Sounds like some people here think it could take weeks from this point. The link shows that it has been approved. Doesn't that mean the phone can be released at any time Verizon wants?
