Holy Smokes, I just washed my Huawei Watch by mistake (duh)

Last night I forgot I had put my H watch in my pants pocket and washed my pants. In the morning when I was looking for the watch it occurred to me that I never emptied my pockets before washing and I frantically ran to the washing machine. I located my pants in the washed load that had sat in the washer overnight and located my watch. It was on, with the screen displaying a message that the watch had disabled WIFI in order to preserve battery. I was shocked when I tested it and everything worked perfectly, almost seemingly better than before..lol.. No water or moisture under the glass or anything. Just a super clean watch..lol.. I was really impressed considering this watch went through a full wash cycle including the washer filling with water, washing the clothes, and then draining the water and spinning the clothes dry. Not to mention the watch stayed in the wet pants pocket overnight.. Woowzers...! I think we got a winner here.

I did the same thing with the OG Galaxy S phone. Blew my mind that is still worked perfectly!

The thing is, I think most of these new divices are waterproof. I don't think the OG Galaxy S was. Heck I remember most of those devices became a paperweight if the slightest bit of water got to them...
