Home Button Customization

Hi guys,
I'm using Galaxy S5 and today I've been updated to 6.0.1

Before I did that I have customized my home button to open an Application before, now I lost that and I can't remember where I can customize my home button.

Anh hint?

Settings/Apps/Default Applications/Device Assistant App

I use StartPage Search Engine app for mine.
