Home button - turning on AND off the lock screen?

I guess I'm spoiled by 45 years in the IBM mainframe game. If something about a 360/370/390 operating system is a problem for users, we can complain to directly to IBM and if the complaint seems sensible enough or if enough customers complain, IBM offers an enhancement or a fix. Ever since the advent of personal computers, everything seems to be run instead by marketers rather than by techies who understand end users' needs. Who do we complain to at Samsung, or anywhere else? How do we request an enhancement? I'm tired of finding my GPS, wi-fi and/or screen rotation has been turned off by a request made by my **** (no, I don't wear tight pants) or that I'm one screen press away from signing my soul over to the Devil.

I'm a 47 year old father of 3 and can guarantee you that I don't wear anything "Hipster" or tight. My note edge is on constantly in my pocket due to the home button turning it on. It doesn't happen when walking but anytime I stoop to tie my youngest shoes or pick something up I can hear the chime as the phone moves around in my pocket. If you notice, the iphone home button is flush with the screen glass. I've never had an Iphone turn on in my pocket because of this. Apparently Jon Ives was a bit more forward thinking in terms of the home button. I do love my Note Edge and have no regrets in dropping my Iphone but let's call a spade a spade and accept it's home button is a problem and should have the option of turning off it's ability to wake the phone.
