Home LED doesn't work at all...please help!

I got the phone 2 days ago, even from the first turn on i didn't saw the button lights at all. In settings the lights for the button are turned on. Missed calls, low battery, charging or whatever,the LED doesn't light... PLEASE God give me simple solution to this!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get it new or used? Can you go back to the seller and ask for a replacement or refund?

Try using something like Light Flow to see if you can control the LEDs that way. It costs a couple of bucks, but remember, there is now a 2 hour grace period on Google Play for refunds.

Since it's new, don't waste too much time--if the LED light doesn't work, take it back and ask for a replacement or refund!

If the light doesn't even work when charging/fully charged, I strongly suspect a hardware issue unless this is a custom ROM or something (which would be highly unusual on a new unit).
