Home Screen and Icon frames settings greyed out

Mine is still greyed out. And when I try to change my home screen default the only option listed is Samsung Experience Home. TouchWiz is not listed.

If you are not already using the default Samsung theme, do so. Than check if it is still greyed out. Worked for me. You can revert back to whatever theme you want after that and the option you chose will still be selected.

TouchWiz is the old name. It's now called Samsung Experience.

The change overhauled enough that Samsung Experience is nothing like the old TouchWiz.

Set Samsung Experience as your home app.

Set the default theme in Themes.

Set the default icons.

Now it will work.

Those options will be unavailable if you aren't using the touchwiz launcher.
I use Nova and they are unavailable. I switched to TW and they are available.

Thank you Shark...This is the correct answer. I was also using Nova and was unable to access these functions when I switched to TWU it worked fine. Additionally, these settings, and more, are actually available in Nova.
