Home screen background image scrolling?

On my old Droid X2, when I set a back ground image I had the ability to select what the image displayed. So if the picture was wide enough that the left and right didn't fit on the home screen is would show the rest of the image on the screens to the left and the right. Is this just no possible on the S4? I am forced to crop the image and cut it off displaying only what will fit on the homescreen on all screens left and right.

Aye - this works perfectly. It's cool there's different options for how it scrolls and what not. It was killing me having this pic to use and not being able to scroll to appreciate it! Thank you again.
