Is there a way to remove the clock and weather from the Home Screen? It just gets in the way of the wallpaper.

Thanks, is there a way to delete / move the applicatinos icon from the bottom gray panel on the home screen?

The one with the phone, contacts, etc icons? You can open the app drawer and press the little gear up in the top left. Long pressing on one of the icons will allow you to drag it down to the bar on the bottom or just rearrange apps in the drawer in general.
