Home screen weather widget does not refresh

The default home screen weather widget was working fine from the last 2 months. However, it does not refresh now even if I enable auto refresh or disable auto refresh and press the refresh icon manually. It does not work in either of the cases. Do I need to reinstall this widget?

If you remove the widget and add it back that may fix the problem.
You can also open the app and check the settings - perhaps the update interval has been changed?
Finally, did your phone just recently receive an OTA? If so, that could be the root of your problem.

I have the same problem. In my case it only work with Wi-Fi. When only mobile data is available, it updates my city name but keeps saying "No weather data available". If I enable wireless again, it updates the weather data. Then, if I try to manually update the weather info using mobile data it erases the information and says the same "No weather data available" message.
