Home screen widget - accidentally deleted

I just got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and inadvertently deleted a widget from the home screen that is not found in the available widgets on the Play marketplace. See image here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c897gj3x6mv1tc5/Galaxy-tab-8-9-01.jpg. It is the "Tap to add Images" widget in the upper right corner. I'd really like to recover it.

Tap the plus sign in the top right corner. Add the "picture frame" widget.
