Home Screen - WTF

Yesterday something weird happened to my Pixel 2xl. My home screen was the world turning featuring the lights of various populated areas around the world as the globe rotated. Yesterday morning I picked up my phone and noticed that everything on the screen that had been dark is now light. My apps and everything else seems to be working fine but the home screen is very light. I have changed wallpaper and everything is still light. I can’t find the older wallpaper. I can't even find a darker wallpaper. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on?

Go to Settings>Accessibility​. Is Color Inversion turned on?

You should find that wallpaper under Settings>Display>Wallpaper>Living Universe>Marvelous Marble

It is possible to edit your Quick Settings such that the Invert Colors toggle is included. Swipe your Quick Settings down completely -- do you see it there? If so, you probably just accidentally tapped it at some point.

Only thing uglier would be a Pacer but at least it didn't have as many blind spots

Yeah, it's on the second page of my quick settings. I probably did hit it. Or as I indicated on another post. My XL will often open up in my shirt pocket on its own and access any number of apps, make phone calls, etc. Very irritating.
