I'm looking to change my home screen apps. At the moment I have the standard...
phone, messaging, email and applications.
Can these be changed and if so how..

Do you mean change the apps on the Samsung dock?

To change the apps on any of the 7 "home" screens, press and move to bottom to delete. To add, press and hold in empty area or go to Apps List and press and hold any app icon to add.

To edit the 4 apps on the dock, only the first 3 can be edited. Go into the Apps List and change the View with the menu button to Customizable Grid. Now you can press and hold to move and switch which apps appear in the dock bar.

Not necessarily. The OP probably didn't know the answer was in the manual, and may not even have known that a manual exists (it doesn't come with the phone; you have to download it).

But if you consider it a good use of your time to type in excerpts from the manual, in order to save someone the trouble of turning to the right page and reading it directly, then be my guest!
