Just one aspect I cannot fathom out on my Nokia 4.2 running Android 11. The home screen shows the usual icons, Swipe left and I get a load of Google stuff I have absolutely no interest in - links to random sites. How can I get rid of this page information and just have another home screen layout? This is Android 11

Which launcher are you using? Most 3rd party launchers (like Nova) will have the option to disable the Google Feed when you swipe on the leftmost 'page', but stock ones will depend on the manufacturer. Most likely if you long-press on an empty spot in your homepage you should see an option to see the launcher's settings. If there's an option to disable that it should say Google Feed.
