Is there anyway to get the new Lollipop navigation icons without flashing a ROM?

I changed themes one time and mines have been like this since no matter what theme I'm on using the stock launcher. I haven't minded. I think it was Nero theme that did it, it also changed my app drawer symbol to the white lollipop style one and I haven't been able to change that back as well so be careful. I'm sure if I really wanted to change it I can backup my info and factory reset, but again I don't mind because we're gonna get both permanently when we get the lollipop OTA anyway
