Homescreen weather/clock missing

Hey my homescreen clock weather thing is gone!
How do I get it back??

The clock is a widget, hold down on the home screen and select it in the widget options.

Long press on the screen (or hit the plus sign in the bottom right) you want to add it to, select widget, select clock HTC then select the third one.

I had the same thing happen - and got it back as per your instructions ( thanks!) - but would like to know how/why this happens...I don't remember doing anything before it disappeared...

Widgets, like anything else on the screen, can be removed by long pressing on the widget and dragging it to the trash. Could have happened by accident.
