Honeycomb dual boot problem

I put Honeycomb on an SD card and it boots fine when I put the card in the nook. I wanted to do dual boot so I wouldn't have to always take the card out when I want to boot into "stock" nook. I downloaded the two files needed for the dual boot onto the same card that Honeycomb is on but I can't get to them to unzip and install. I have RomRecovery on the internal memory. I copied the two files to another SD card, removed the HC card, inserted the other SD card and unzipped and installed the files with RomRecovery. But that didn't work. I can't dual boot when I put the HC SD card back in. It just boots into HC. When the HC card is not in and I turn the nook on, it pops up with something to the effect of multiboot something or another. So what did I do wrong? And how do I fix it?
