Honeycomb launcher on marshmallow

I just got marshmallow on my HTC one m8. I was using honeycomb launcher before the update, but since then it hasn't worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It's there in the background, but I can't see the floating g button on the side that is supposed to open the launcher. Any ideas?

Did u check to see if it's compatible with marshmallow? Personally I am using Google now launcher and is one of the best out there.

Honeycomb isn't a full blown launcher, it's like a secondary app drawer that's handy to have. Didn't see anything about compatibility for it.
