Honeycomb upgrade question

Hi,

I'm looking at a used Verizon Samsung Galaxy 10.1 on swappa.com. It comes with Honeycomb. I don't see any upgradeable info on the page/specs. Would it upgrade via OTA or would I be stuck with Honeycomb?

I believe the latest software for that tablet is Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4.
