Honor 10: Blank dial pad and borders in phone app, cant see numbers

Hello,

When i open my phone app on my honor 10, i cant see numbers when i want to dial. The bottom part and the dial pad are both white blank blocks. I can dial but i dont see the numbers so i must guess where they are at. I tried going in safe mode and changed the animation settings but it didnt work. ( I think this started occurring when the new emui update came.)

Can someone please help me i want to dial numbers

Couple things you can try :
Reboot the phone
Clear data and force close the phone app
