Honor 8 worth it or not?

Had a Samsung s7 edge but had to return to work. Currently using a nexus 6p. Definitely considering getting a honor 8. What do you guys think?

It's one of the best phones I've owned. It has a sweet spot for it's size. Apps open quick, phone speeds are awesome. Even on LTE I seem to get full bars most of the time.

I think they've done a good job on phone optimization similar to that of Apple products.

You won't be disappointed!

The 8 for me has been a top of the heap phone frankly...and I'm a big screen fan.

No regrets here...especially with the camera and stability overall.
My recommendation is to try one in hand.
I doubt you will find much to not like.

I'm pretty easy going and fairly new to android having only used a couple devices. I was an iPhone guy. I have to admit the blue honor looks amazing! I also like the black one too.

Agreed. Can't really add much other than to say I think you should jump on it. Great device. Super fast. Pretty good audio output through earbuds/aux cable too.

Black was my first choice the blue looks good but I will end up buying black. Do any of you use screen protectors on the phone?

No screen protector, but I gotta great slim case. I don't know your preference regarding cases but I highly recommend one. It's the most slippery device I've ever owned.

I do, but I use the plastic kind. The halo effect is tricky to avoid with tempered glass ones.

All of the colors are beautiful. For me, the black and white are nice as a blank canvas if you care about the inside of your phone fitting with the outside. The blue is more tricky but still beautiful. I have a white one, which looks like a pearl.

I'll look into it and yeah I think black is the way forward to be honest easier to match colours and stuff with.

Honor 8 is very good for the money. I was tempted to try op3t or axon 7 but I prefer 5.2 inch phone. Kirin 950 chipset is very energy efficient as well.

I've been really impressed with my Honor 8 so far. It's probably one of the best values out there as far as smartphones are concerned. I haven't regretted my purchase in the three months that I've owned it! I love the EMUI interface and the phone fits perfectly in my hand, purse, pockets, etc. I love its 5.2" size. Also, I've been quite impressed with the fast charging and how the battery operates in general.

I highly recommend it. It's easily had the best battery life of any phone I've had. It has a really great eco system, easy to use yet unique. Really great device
