Honor 8S loudspeaker/Headphone issues

Hi,
New Honor 8S issue. Basically everything is fine - loudspeaker, headphones work fine. Problem starts then you have headphones in and you get incoming call. Sound then switches to loudspeaker!!! As soon as you answer it goes back to headphones.

Is it some idiotic Honor thing (which I doubt as used to have 9 lite in the past and there was no such nonsense)? Or is it some problem?

Settings for sound on 8s are next to non existent. Spoke with seller (carphone warehouse in the uk) and they are clueless. Also refer to Honor warranty which not they but Honor[provides. already tested with few different headphones therefore they are not at fault

Please let me know if anybody have any solution
