Hope it's true. New nexus 7!

Hmm, with phones nearing 6", I don't know if another 7" tablet will be too useful.

I have the Pixel C and love it, so I think I'll pass on this 7" Nexus tablet. I'd imagine if they wanted to promote the split screen functionality in Android N, they'd want to promote it with a device larger than a 7" screen?

I'd love a new 7in tablet. All I use I'm my 2013 N7. This 7in is the perfect form factor for me. Hope this is true.

Been following Huawei's development for the last several months and I have tried several of their devices. It would be super cool if this happened. Don't know if they will as they haven't released any tablet so far.

One of the most appealing things about the two previous Nexus 7s was the price. I hope a new Nexus 7 carries on that tradition.

Completely agree. I have the pixel c and it's a beast of a tablet. I currently have the S7 edge, which I'm sure will change at some point in the near future, but I would definitely pass on this.

Here's hoping this is true. I doubt that it would use one of Huawei's Kirin processors, because those aren't allowed on products sold in the US and I doubt Google would handle two different processors.

This is entirely unlikely, but I hope they release a model with a complete mobile radio set that can be used for voice calls and SMS so it's essentially a seven inch phone.

I agree. If they're gonna mess with a 7" tablet with all those Fire tablets around, they need a new selling point. It would make for a clumsy handheld device, but with an optional keyboard dock/case and multi-window options in the final version of N, it could be an attractive device for a lot of seniors and anyone who relies on different accessibility features. Or for anyone who'd rather not lug around a phone and a tablet on the job.
