Horrible battery drain! Please help

My note 2 has been getting horrible battery drains.. I've read a few forums saying that it wasnt like this before 4.1.2 I would upload screens of CPUspy but I don't see an option.. sorry I'm new to these forums. The screen in the battery option is about 47% even with timeout and brightness lowest

Put the edge of your on right side of yhe screen and swipe left all the way to opposite side. That should create a screenshot

Or use your s pen and hold it on the screen with the button depressed until you get the camera sound.
