Hot Samsung S4

When I charge my S4 it gets quite hot and I find that until it cools down that I have no Audio sound on video but sound on phone us OK.
Do you think this is normal ?

No. Too much current is being drawn somewhere. Have you tried a different battery? If it happens with another battery - or your battery charges cool in another S4 - something is wrong in the phone.
