Hotspot 2.0

Was the above feature always there on VZ S7E? I downloaded today's update, and noticed this in the menu, but don't remember seeing it before.

Again, I took the VZ update today, so I'm not sure if this was here previously, or if it came with the update.

I went back to the user manual, and it looks like they changed the wording from passpoint to hotspot 2.0. That change is what threw me off...
