How do I stream movies through my ps3 game

Load up YouTube/Hulu/NetFlix/Amazon app on the PS3 and do it that way.

Based on the topic title, I am guessing that you want to use your mobile phone as a Hotspot and connect your PS3 to it? If so, so long as your plan supports it, just enable the hotspot feature on your phone in the settings. Once done, search for your hotspot connection through the consoles WiFi Internet Setup and type in the password.
