How are these mice different?

It has a comparison chart below it. Looks to be mostly driver related.

Lol. Yes I realize there is a comparison chart, I had to create the link.

But the comparison is not completely accurate. For example after doing some reading of reviews on Amazon, I found out that the v470 does have a power off button, even though it is not listed on the page above.

I have the V470 and it works fine with Honeycomb. As far as I'm aware the Android mouse is just a rebranding of sorts. They were listed as the same price before so it didn't really matter, but now that the V470 is cheaper the Android one is a a ripoff.
