How can i access photos in my new phone that i had h in a photo vault in lockit app in my old phone?

I had put some pictures in photo vault of lockit app in my old samsung phone and those photos were in my sd card in a folder. My old phone suddenly stopped working and now i can't even switch it on. Is there any way i can have those pictures in my new phone? Or have i lost them forever?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but they're most likely gone. The Lockit app presumably encrypted those files with an encryption key, and since you can't access that encryption key any more, you won't be able to decrypt the files.
