How can I add ! to the 1 key on my 3x4 keyboard?

Concerning the 3x4 keyboard...

I just would like to ask if it is possible to add the " ! " to the " 1 " key... its annoying to go to symbols every single time... I use it a lot! XP

And if it is possible, how can I do it?

A samsung Galaxy S4. I am using the default Samsung keyboard.

Ok, and what's the 3x4 refer to? Sorry, I don't have an S4.

Have you tried long-pressing the 1 key?

The 3x4 keyboard is the one that looks similar to what you get on regular phones. I mean with "abc" being on "2"

And yes I tried holding down the button and it only types "1"

Oh, I see--so it's like the phone keypad. Not sure if you can add the exclamation point to that. Just curious--are you doing all of your typing with that keypad, and not with the QWERTY keyboard?

Yup! ^.^ Doing all my typing with that keypad and not with the QWERTY!
