How can i ask replacemnt of S note 9 which has heating and quick drainage issue?

I bought note 9 from s estore ..got i on 22nd aug.am facing quick heating of phone even wth normal browsing and fast drainage issue.took phn to s centre,thy kept phn 1 day and said its normal.please keeo using.i used but no solution in problem.i am planning to visit s centre tomorow agn.how can i get replacemnt by a new handset?

If they don't see the problem, they will not replace it. It has to be a factory defect or craftsmanship issue.
 
Don't you have a 30 day return policy? If so, if you are not satisfied with your phone return it. With something like this where it could be a sw issue that you can reset to test or maybe it's a bad battery not holding a charge, it's a tough problem to show and convince of a warranty issue at times and you are running out of time in your 30 days. Worst case, I'd eat the restocking fee and rebuy later if you really like the phone instead of going past 30 days and possibly really having a defective unit to live with.
 
Did you

Factory erase and setup as new, no restore?
Wipe cache partition?

That's 1st thing I'd do.
