How can I block calls?

I want to know how I can block those damn scammers but I do not see a "block calls" option anywhere on the phone? Pointer please?

This is sort of a kludge but it works for me:

I set up a contact called SPAMMERS and set it for "All calls to voicemail". All spam numbers are then put in that contact. I've got eight numbers in it now.

Stock Android "Phone" app had Block caller option. I wonder why Motorola missed this. I couldn't find block call option in Phone app even on my Moto Z Play as well.
