How can I change my font color on my galaxy s9?

I have a light wallpaper and I can't see the time on the notification bar because the wallpaper is light and the font color is white. Is there anyway I can change my font color or is there a way to make that the notification bar should stay black and then I'll be able to see everything?

Onky if you apply a theme that has a colored font in the notification bar.
