How can I change my screen to Black instead of light on an LG Stylo 5?

[Android Central Question]

On my LG Stylo 5 I had the back screen black not white it's easier on my eye when I broke that phone and I tried to send everything to the new phone it didn't work so I'm having to set my phone up all over again now at one point I had it where the back screen was black and then I did something and I don't know what and now it's back to White and I can't find out how to fix it can somebody please help me

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you're talking about your wallpaper. Install a black wallpaper like Pitch Black Wallpaper and use that.

Did you perhaps have a Dark Mode on it that was enabled? I use it on a number of things because I prefer the dark screen over a bright one, and white on black is easier for me to read from.
