How can I change my SGH-I317M Samsung Galaxy Note 2 frequency MHz/AWS to 1700/2100 for mobilicity??

My quad band GSM is 850/900/1800/1900 mhz edge/gprs/gsm, tri band UMTS 850/1900/2100 MHz HSPA and dual band 700 and 1700 MHz LTE networks.

Welcome to the forums!

Short answer is that you can't. The radio frequency is built into the hardware of the device (antenna). So without that specific hardware to support the frequency you want, there is no way to change it.

Are you sure it doesn't support 1700/2100? I saw here that it does
