How can I change the "Gallery" Icon?

Could someone advise if it is possible to change, only the "Gallery" icon with a image from my gallery?

If you go to theme store you can choose icon pack, if you looking just one then a 3rd party launcher with a icon pack so it changes just the one you want and keep rest stock..
