How can I change the view when using the internet?

View when using internet

Home page and view got changed on my Galaxy S5. I have tried changing between
desktop and mobile view. Got an update from Att. Did this have anything to do with it?
Went onto a store and they could not help either.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you be more specific? How has it changed? Is it forcing the mobile site when you want the desktop site?
