How can I completely wipe and reinstall the OS on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.7?

let a buddy use my tab 3 and he tried rooting it and flashed a custom rom and no backup of my original os
now i can get it to work at all any rom i flash that is made for my tab the wifi will not turn on at all
i want to do a full format and reinstall of all stock firmware and everything it has cwm as a boot loader
