how can i completly remove the samsung retail mode from tab a 9.7

is seems that my daughter has in her stupidity has downloaded and activated the retail mode from the samsung website or google play. i have managed to stop most of the damage that it does but can not remove it completly from my tablet. any hint as to how i can do this?

I would highly suggest contacting Samsung, and see if they can assist you with this problem.
