Configure an email account with a username different from email address

Hi there,
I'm new on Android, I used to be a Windows Phone user (please don't hit me). But as there is almost no new telephone running WP8, I'm trying to get along with Android.
My problem is almost entirely described in the title. My e-mail provider does have a login username different from the e-mail address.
Can I configure this on Android ? This was easy on WP8, which had a "username" field, an "email address" field and a "name" field.

Thank you in advance for your answers, I cannot find on my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact any way of entering a different e-mail address and username.

If you let the email app automatically configure the account, it'll probably ask you for the credentials (login and password) to use. That's something the email server tells the email program to do.
