I have also promblems with firmware showing up and frozen on my phone and keeping me from turning back on etc. I have removed battery and replaced it and everything back to normal. My concern is did I enterfer with firmware data transfer even though the line that was suppose to show that data was being submitted was just empty and just frozen screen, even when I left it alone for awhile. How can I make sure that firmware is updated?
