My LG Aristo 3 is stuck on the firmware update screen at 0% how can I restart it?

[Android Central Question]

It was at a few percent, I had no charge cube so I plugged it in my x box. Now it's stuck on:

firmware update: do not unplug etc. on 0%

I removed the cable from the phone, then from the xbox and put it on a proper power cube.

I took the battery out, waited, put it back in, plugged the phone in. Same screen.

Was able to get it to restart once with the power button and volume down button, back to the same screen.

I don't know what to do, please help!

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like you're booting to Download Mode, which is often reached by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down. What happens if you power on using the Power button only?

Shouldn't do a download if your low on power , hopefully didn't soft brick the phone try power off, if it goes through reboot on /off flash the firmware again
