How can I connect back to the wifi on my Samsung Galaxy S8

Something popped up on my phone and I wasn't paying attention so I pressed "Remember this choice" and "Disconnect" and then I saw my wifi was off on my phone so I went to the settings to connect to the wifi but it keeps disconnecting every 2 seconds

Welcome to Android Central! It's hard to know what that option might have been. Try going to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences. Now see if the problem persists.
